Designing for Conversions, in Style

Pottery Barn Kids’ social media and email marketing channels have a combined audience of over 2.6 million followers and 6 million email subscribers. Working with a team of marketing designers and product marketers, I designed and shipped seasonal toolkits that helped drive conversion and boost brand recognition.



Seasonal Email Design
Design a series of branded emails to strengthen seasonal brand campaigns, boost conversions for new and top-selling products, and refine the brand identity.



Initial Concepts

Before working on my campaigns, I meet with the team to define the key messages and goals for each email campaign and synthesize marketing briefs into a seasonal style guide.

Trials & Refinements

After receiving approval for the seasonal style guide, I wireframe each email campaign, using previous season designs as a reference point for continuity. 

In close collaboration with editorial and marketing teams, I iterate upon my designs to prioritize key marketing messages and evolve the brand’s visual language.
